The Ghouls are the most famous members of the Cryptkickers gang. There are dozens of them, all warped by a quick-and-dirty version of the Ghoul King's Biorestorative formula, they're warped and hideous, with flesh that seems to be sloughing and patches of lizard-like scales protecting them from harm. They have a taste for human flesh and secrete a paralytic poison in their saliva that allows them to grab prey easier. They also heal very quickly from almost any injury, even apparent "death."
