David Wyler doesn't look like one of America's most wanted supervillains. Instead of some gaudy opera costume or thick suit of armor with spikes of villainy, he wears only what he's scrounged out of dust bins, and his hair is wild and ragged. But there's an aura of menace about him, one that flares in the form of nuclear fire whenever he's angered or upset. His destructive tantrums are legendary--the last one demolished a city block and left a hundred people dead.
