When Curtis Hawkins was put in the electric chair, he laughed at his captors. "I was born a hayseed," he said to them, "but I'll die an American! And none o' y'all can take that from me!" His crimes were brutal...a string of racially-motivated murders throughout the south. Black men, women, and children were impaled on his pitchfork. When Rictus escaped Hell, he brought Pitchfork Hawkins back with him. Pitchfork's corpse was well and truly decayed, so he grabbed an American flag and wrapped it around his head. Then he began killing again.
