Goblin Jack is more colorful than your average ghoul, sporting nasty yellow, red, and black patches in among the green and gray. He's got a mohawk, and the skin to either side of the do looks peeled away, exposing his skull. He has a particularly malevolent grin, which is how he got his nickname.
