Also known as "El Pendejo" or "El Cabrón" for his habit of sleeping with married women and then rubbing it in the face of their husbands, Hector Luis de la Vega is Vincent Kaje's main pimp. He lures girls in to his services with his looks, gets them hooked on drugs, forces them into prostitution, and then, when they are used up, rapes and murders them on camera for Vincent Kaje's Dead By Dawn series of snuff films. Beneath his outwardly handsome exterior is a vile predator, and he was like this even before his Dark Embrace.
