The Candyman has a day job as a pharmacist for the Hillside Institute, where he's just a man with curly blonde hair, a baby face, and a white lab coat. But when hanging around with The Jokerz, he decks himself out in a faithful recreation of Willy Wonka's outfit from the Gene Wilder version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He's known among all the party kids as The Candyman, who provides the best party favors.
