The footsoldiers of Onieros, Dream Larvae are monsters planted in a sleeper's mind, incubated on their fears and worries, and then hatched via trauma. A Dream Larva is a psychic projection that takes the form of the thing its host fears most. Those hosts cannot waken as long as the Dream Larva is manifested, and Dream Larva propagate by hunting others and planting new nightmares within them.
