Some people were born to wear a three-piece suit, and Richard Jackson is one of them.  Tall, broad-shouldered, clean-cut, and strikingly handsome, he conducts himself as an Authority; his is not a presence magnetic, but rational, reasonable, classy, and correct.  His accent is cultured and educated, his dark eyes frequently behind sunglasses (a VDAS make!), and he generally wears an earpiece connected to a throat microphone.
