Vadim Dragomirov

Vadim Dragomirov is one of the truly fortunate to have the connections to allow him to consult Tanaka, Florian and Chen.  From his suit and tie to his shoes and personal grooming they schooled him in exactly what he needed to do with himself to put off his most beneficial foot.  Slightly tousled short brown hair, blue eyes with colored contacts that give them a touch of grey, a perpetual slight stubble to his face with his great-great-grandfathers pocket watch with it's burnished bronze color and a single black card in his wallet with silver and gold lines running through it in intricate patterns.  Those roguish looks have caused more than one eye to turn his way and luckily enough his sly tongue can keep up with all of them.
