Background: Erica Whitemoore was born on a small family farm in Minnesota, in a large family as second of five children. One could say strange events pooled around her since she was born- on very day of her birth several cows were found dead on family farm with clues indicating alien cattle mutilation. This kind of things kept on as she grew up- sometimes weird lights would appear overhead, sometimes she would heard voices in her head speaking in unknown tongues. It is not to say she was weird kid: she was popular and outgoing, had a lot of friends and no one would consider her "off" or insane: only from time to time stuff happened, stuff that would baffle her and everyone close to her.

True change in her life happened when she moved to St. Paul to study anthropology and psychology. Although she never moved past her BA in college, she met  her first long time friend: Jessica Evans, a freshmen in Journalism. They hung out together often, and became close friends who shared everything- they talked about their boyfriends, their feelings, their future ambitions.

Then Jessica dissapeared. Vanished. Simply like that. There was no trace of her anywhere. College had no information about her, no one ever remebered her, or remebered her dimly as "some dark-haired girl" or "that girl from Media science class." Erica was puzzled, and then she was frightened because she started hearing Jessica in her head. Jessica telling her, sometimes in English and sometimes in unknown languages that she seemed to understand somehow that reality is not what it seems and that Erica should trust no one. Erica went through minor nervous breakdown following that, from which she recovered: everyone attributed that to the disappearance of her friend and stress due to move to new town and college work.

After finishing colledge Erica started working as a journalist- it seems that she decided to pay a tribute to a friend who was part of her now by taking up her career. Soon she started writing for the "Web of Truth" website dedicated to exploration of unnatural phenomena that served as a front for Technocracy. Agents of the New World Order noticed her level of enlightenment and lured her in, promising her she will be able to find out what happened to Jessica. However, after her recruitment the world opened up for her, and she noticed that mystery of Jessica's dissapearance is just one of the bunch of mysteries that await her.

Description: Erica is of medium height and build. She often wears large eyeglasses, due to being shortsighted since childhood. Sometimes, in more formal occasions she swaps them for contacts. She is generaly outspoken and friendly, only sometimes people might notice there is something "off" with her, but in a community of UFO nuts and Kryptozoologists that is to be expected.
