There are very few people who know what Vytas really looks like as he has been carefully concealing his true appearance through Obfuscate and Possession for almost a millennium.

He is about 5'10" tall, with a wiry build. His hair is short, to keep it out of the way, probably dark brown, and he is usually seen with a well-trimmed beard.  He appears to be about 20-25 years old and of northeastern European descent, roughly somewhere in the Baltic States.

He is known to have worked directly against the Tremere during the Omen War, and has been publicly against the Usurpers for as long as anyone can remember. The decision to side with the Sabbat after the Convention of Thorns in was likely influenced by the fact that the Tremere held a great deal of power in the Camarilla.

As a Cardinal in the Sword of Caine, Vytas has influence over the entirety of the Central United States. He is known to be demanding of people doing work for him, for lavishing rich rewards on those who perform exceptionally well, and also for having zero tolerance for failure - neither yours nor his own.

While he does not often intervene in local Sabbat matters, he has occasionally been known to send his agents out to represent his interests when necessary. Chief among them are a woman named Audra and a man named Petras. If either of them are present, one can be certain that Vytas himself in interested in the goings on.
