Nis'i'ram typical bears an openly defiant and challenging body languages, and his face is forever twisted in a sneer. His skin is mottled yellow and he seems to be missing a proper nose. At first glance, one might assume he is merely a leprous elf due to his serrated ears, but his well-muscled and lithe body indicate otherwise.

His cloths are worn and plain, and he is equipped with a sturdy, yet worn, set of scale mail. On his hands are a pair of iron plate gauntlets with opals set in the back, and a well-maintained greatsword hangs in a clasp on his back. A thick book is strapped at his side, and a tattered pack slung over his shoulder carries all his worldly belongings. At his waist, beside the book, is the horrific, misshapen skull of some creature.
