The son of a minor noble from the Duchy of Stonewall, Theold came here as part of an arrangement between Lord Henry and Theold's family.  He has been appointed as Mayor of Westgate.

Theold is a rustic looking man, with a large frame and shaggy hair, although he has some experience of running a holding, having helped his father manage their estates.
