Margarita Escobar is Wade Armstrong's executive assistant. Calling her a secretary will get a cold look from either one. Originally from Colombia, exposure she received as a beauty contestant got her a job as a weather girl for a Mexican TV station. Eventually she worked her way up to being a reporter for a Spanish-language cable news network. It was in this capacity she first met Wade Armstrong when she interviewed him in regard to an editorial he wrote about immigration policy. Impressed with her intelligence and bearing, Armstrong offered Margarita a position at the Hadrian Foundation. Since then she has been his right hand, handling much of his day-to-day communications. Margarita also takes care of errands where discretion is involved. In this capacity she calls herself "Daisy," which is what her name means in Spanish.
