Personality: Gideon is a performer. He has spent most of his life on stage in one form or another, but since age 15 he has been a professional stage magician and escape artist. He has made a fortune with his act, which he is always refining and upgrading. His residence on the island allows him the absolute privacy he needs to create new illusions and the outlets for his sexuallity. As a performer he is always "on stage" and rarely lets anyone see who he really is. He is comfortable with deception, flawless in his lying, and smooth with his vocabulary, and generally pleasing to be around. He seeks never to offend, but sometimes does so inadvertantly.
Occupation: Gideon is a very successful stage performer. He will from time to time put on a performance for the other residence of the island, but for the most part he uses his time here to privately create new illusions.
History: Gideon is the son of stage performers, circus performers to be accurate. His mother was a contortionist and his father a ringmaster. He began performing as soon as he could walk. He tried several acts, from trapeze to animal tamer, but eventually settled on stage magician and escape artist. At twenty he went on his own, performing a show without the backing of the circus. He rose quickly, becoming one of the most sought after performers in the world in only five years. He has a permanent show in Las Vegas, which he performs at 4 months out of the year. He does various engagements during the year, mostly single shows for charity. He maintains a mansion on the island which he uses to work on new illusions in absolute privacy.
