The Jester is a human Legionnaire with visible M.O.M. bolts in his head (usually covered with a colorful jester's cap) and scars on his face in the form of a Glasgow Grin. He is known to be so clever he often cuts himself and enjoys playing elaborate practical jokes on those he thinks deserve to be taken down a peg. He is competent in both hand-to-hand and ranged combat and has minor psionic abilities that allow him to peer into people's souls and see a short ways into the future.
