Not much is known about The Face, the very fact that intel suggests those in the criminal underworld call him as such was providence on the part of I.C.E. agents.

The Face is believed to have had ties to Russian shadow organizations and links to high ranking officials in the KGB but nothing has been proven. Analysts believe that The Face went rogue and amassed enough power and influence to create S.CORP.I.A.N though no solid proof exists.

There exits only one photo of The Face, which is a badly taken image of someone with their features obscured in shadow wearing a red fedora hat. The photo suffered partial exposure and is thus damaged, but it is the only lead that I.C.E. currently has.
