Jake (short for Jacob) Jensen was an average-looking, unprepossessing Caucasian male standing at a respectable 5'10" in height. He wasn't particularly skinny, topping the scales at 177 pounds, but he tended to wear loose-fitting clothes that made him look kind of like a scarecrow.

His Nocturne outfit was a black jacket that matched his black hair, worn over charcoal-gray shirt and trousers that (mostly) matched is gray eyes. His face was lean and angular so that his dark eyebrows helped put his eyes in shadow. It added to his mysterious look.

He was probably American, though that could only be guessed at because he didn't have an accent from some other country... of course, those who spoke English from elsewhere immediately recognized his American accent. Jake always had a hard time with that.

His age was a bit indeterminate... early twenties to late thirties, though possible a tad younger or older.
