Ku'Shan is a massive mountain of an Astartes, with skin as black as the void and eyes as red as a dying star. Despite his imposing stature, he moves as swiftly as the wind; an invaluable asset given his specialty as an Assault Marine.

While it is typically invisible under his power armor, his flesh is covered in pale gray tattoos; variant honor-brands seared into his flesh and the resultant scar tissue picked out in ask to make them stand out against his dark skin. His battle scars also tell the stories of the many battles he has fought, and the countless xenos he has slain.

In his spare time, Ku'Shan amuses himself by gilding his armor and weapons, and at the request of his Battle-Brothers, their equipment too. He also works under the Techmarines to help them with mundane tasks; the forgecraft of Nocturne translates easily to the maintenance of wargear, andhere is always more work to be done and more help needed for it.
