The soft spoken Soshuro Itsuma is a rather attractive young Scorpion samurai.  An agile young man,  he is often prone to the occasional bout of restlessness caused by youth.  However his quick tongue, good looks and charm have made him something of a favorite at various courts, which is where he spends most of his time.
