Ife had no fears when it comes to wearing anything that she likes and sometimes wearing nothing at all. She uses little makeup except for enough to enhance her already solid beauty. Ife loves her jewelry, most often light pieces of silver and gold or even copper...anything that stands out on her skin. She loves anklets, bracelets, armlets, earrings and waist chains...usually layered but not overdone.

About Your character: Ife was originally born in the Sudan but her parents moved to the United States shortly after her second birthday. Though they both applied and soon gained American citizenship, they never forgot their African roots. When Ife was old enough, she too became a citizen of the United States but held tightly to her African heritage. Her parents were not exactly poor, her dad getting a job with the government working with computers and her mom doing the stay at home thing.

Ife is the oldest of three children with a younger brother, 22, and a younger sister who just turned 18 a couple months ago. A smart young woman, she was popular at her school though her darker skin color tended to get her more attention. She was pretty much a B student, on the track team, volleyball team and basketball team at her high school. Graduating, she decided to go back over to African or more specifically the Sudan to see her homeland.

She remembered her first trip back over with her parents when she was just about to turn 13. It was during this time that she got what she calls her birthright scars. A practice that is not as popular as it once was for good reasons but she saw it as a right of passage. One that her parents didn't argue with as she was more than smart enough to make her own decisions on that.

But that time she spent back after high school had another reason as well because she spent some of her time studying Sudanese henna tattoos. By the time that she was coming back to the United States she was pretty good at giving the more authentic tattoos of her homeland. And though she went onto college and then a university to study art, she ended up doing more henna work. She in fact bought a small little bus that she does a lot of her own work out of when she needs a place that is. Otherwise she will do customers in comfortable chairs or even on a massage table that she bought for just such activities.

So far Ife has just been traveling the breadth of the United States exploring her second home, meeting new people and enjoying her life. One day she figures that she will settle down but for now, she is content to just travel...pleasing people with her artistic talents.
