Hair:   Shaved bald.  If it grows out, dark brown.

Eyes:  Gray-blue

Distinguishing Marks:  Lower right leg is prosthetic. Pockmark scarring on right side of leg, body and arm.  Large injury divot on right side of his face. Hair will not grow through the burn scar on the right side of his head.  Right ear is a little cauliflowered and he has lost some of his hearing on that side.

General Appearance:   Classic Italian-American tipping the scales at one hundred and eighty pounds and right around five feet eight inches tall.  Obviously, a sportsman type, built like a quarterback.  Lithe and spry.  Clearly built that way by nature and kept that way to compensate for his injuries.  There are some PTSD issues that manifest from time to time. Invariably well dressed. He has no apparent problem wearing shorts and no top.

History:

Personality: Serious and a little taciturn unless he knows you, or the company Carlos is with suits. His bullshit level is quite low.  But, he tends to keep his thoughts and opinions to himself; unless someone Carlos knows and trusts well asks for them. Carlos applies himself diligently to the task in hand.

Sexual Preferences:  Pansexual. But really loves women.

Employment:  Carlos is employed as a factotum, or handyman.  He is a decorated veteran who was invalided out of the Corps of Engineers as a Captain after an IED exploded on him.  His background was originally as a Civil Engineer, but had transferred to Explosive Ordinance Disposal.
