Warp

Warp seems odd, but not as odd as some superheroes. His costume looks more like a steampunk engineering outfit. Hat, jacket, sensible pants with excess pockets, and a variety of devices he literally pulls from nowhere, via the portals he creates. Someone might notice a glowing hologram of a strange symbol from the top of his cane, following him around and talking to him.

making plans and backup plans, and then reassessing the situation.

Major Twist: What major threat is revealed that invalidates all your plans?
