Most people call me ZiZ, which has acceptable levels of symmetry.

  XyzyX's body was infused with DimiD nanites, allowing him to recreate the look of Earth clothing or his natural, more metallic form.  These nanites are finite but can be replaced over time if damaged or removed.  The volume of them is enough to shape a limb into a large object for a time.  (Think Venom, or the T-1000, it isn't full-body replication but some shapeshifting).  This also allows him flight and to shoot energy beams (a la Iron Man's repulsors).

  ❑ Kirby-craft: You have a vehicle, something from your home. Detail
        its look, and choose two strengths and two weaknesses. When you
        are flying your ship, you can use it to unleash your powers,
        directly engage a threat, or defend someone using Superior.
        Strengths: Fast & maneuverable, dimension-shifting
        Weaknesses: Bizarre fuel source (tridium fusion engine), difficult to repair

        -The ship itself is of alien design, but is still recognizable as some sort of ship.  There is a cockpit and a few small rooms inside, able to hold a team easily.  While en route, XyzyX was kept in a sort of "stasis" pod which interacted with his nanites to keep him sedated but alive.  It is not usable by anyone else.  The construction of the ship includes some weaponry but mainly a dimensional drive.  The location of DimiD is not entirely clear, but it is not in the observable universe.  Hence the dimensional drive is required to travel home - but this would take the same amount of time (about 50 years) as the journey here.  The ship is powered by a tridium fusion engine, which is easy to describe but always seems to resist attempts to refuel or reverse engineer it.

  • Where do you come from? The planet DimiD, which takes 50 years to transit (assuming you have enough fuel)
  • Why did you come to Earth? I was sent here by my people to meet the greatest heroes of Earth
  • Why do you want to stay here (for now at least)? Modern humans are not the same as the ones I learned about, but are still worthy of assistance
  • Why do your people want you to come home?  My stated objective is impossible now that most of the original heroes are dead.
  • Why do you care about the team?  With no contact between my home world, I am utterly alone.  I wouldn't call them a "family", but they do help me out a lot.

  Once you’ve finished your backstory, introduce your character to the other players, and then
  determine what happened when your team first came together, the relationships between you and
  your teammates, and who has Influence over you.
