Baron (Barengar) Scevola; Ventrue Primogen. While this is usually an auspicious title; due to the stranglehold the Ventrue currently have on Los Angeles, Scevola unhappily finds himself serving as something as a tie breaker or peacekeeper between Prince Bellamy and his Seneschal Caroline Wynn, who's forged friendships and alliances nearly as strong as the Prince's own with the City's Primogen.
