Mahven is used people telling her when to do. She was not used to it while she is still standing; or even clothed for that matter. She had been a Mendax as long as she remembered until the day a Dreg decided to use her for his personal play thing. That's how General Mater found her. Almost dead with the remnance of the Dreg encircling her. It took time to heal from the physical mutilation she went through but she never healed from the mental. Now she travels through the underbelly of the sanctum, areas she knows well from her working days, with minimal sound in search of more dregs or other nonhuman she can find.

Besides the six inch blue steel blade, she now carries six foot staff. At the ends of each end is a jagged scythe blade with six inch spikes protruding from the ends.  The staff separates in the center, still connected by a thin strong almost unbreakable chain giving her a farther reach when needed With this she can stab, slice and dice whatever she goes after.
