Gamwhich, called Gam by his friends and boon companions, is one of the younger sons of Rose Sanheaver. He stands about three and half feet tall and is slimmer than most hobbits of the Shire or Bree. Some say that he would much rather spend his time pouring over his dusty tomes and aged-worn maps than eat. His dark brown hair is neither short or long but somewhere betwixt the two, though always appears unruly in it's own fashion. His brown eyes are often serious but exhibits a keen intellect behind them. His smooth skin is pale in pallor as one may expect of someone who spends much of his time indoors. Gam has purchased his own smial located at 116 Four Leaf Lane as his mother's home was much too crowded and noisy for his studious endeavors. Some claim that his distant cousin Bilbo actually bought the property but both have been very closed mouthed about this issue.

Gamwhich grew up listening to the tall tales spun around the hearth of The Prancing Pony. Stories about adventure in the east, over the mountains and far away.
