Charlotte Jane Helms; last surviving child of Andrew Helms is of average height, with a slim build, long brown curling hair and hazel eyes.  She has impeccable manners and a faint British accent.

Now 21 she has graduated from a succession of British and Swiss Girl's Boarding and Charm schools, and is currently residing in the Chicago Mansion Helm's second wife (a wealthy British heiress) purchased before her untimely death in 1886 on an expedition Helm's lead through the Congo. Also lost on that trip was Albrecht Helms, Charlotte's brother.

She dislikes her father; and by extension his companions, though she seems to be on good terms with her stepmother Mei Cartwright Helms. Her current occupation is spending her father's fortune.
