King Heraut de Apres is the king of Malahaut, the largest domain of Cumbria. He is also known as the King of 100 Knights or The Centurion King as he has 100 knights in his personal service.

King Heraut de Apres is a hard man, ruling over Malahaut as a stern father. Though he rules over a Cymric country, he is of an ancient Roman lineage and upholds Roman values and way of life. His styling “Centurion King” is a direct result of this. As he rules over the former capital of a Roman province and the second-largest city in all of Britain, he takes great pride in his title, though the recent wars that have run Malahaut to the ground have made him weary.
