Sir Rholyn of Salisbury is the county’s foremost jouster and a skilled commander, pegged by many to succeed Sir Elad as Marshal of Salisbury once the old knight retires or dies.

Sir Rholyn is a cheerful woman, always with a smile on her handsome face. She is proud, even arrogant, particularly when it comes to jousting, but accepts defeat graciously on the rare occasions it happens. She considers herself to be a true knight and an example to others, particularly in her treatment of the common folks, which she sees as the heart and soul of Logres.

Along with Earl Roderick, Sir Rholyn was a squire for Sir Elad, making her something of a right-hand knight to the Earl. It is known that those who want to have the Earl’s ear usually have to be heard by Sir Rholyn first.

Although rumors about the Earl and Sir Rholyn have circulated for years, the obvious friendship between Sir Rholyn and Countess Ellen has put a damper on things.
