The Oni

The Oni is a recent sight in Center City.  While not an officially employed as a member of LESP, according to CCPD he works with them from a volunteer position. The wears an unassuming black ninja suit, and his signature white/red Oni mask. Some people interacted with him claims he has slightly accented English, while others claim that perception occurs due to voice modulator The Oni employs.

He was seen using wooden sword, plain hand to hand combat and a bow during his encounters.

Saito Danzo have moved to Center City 3.5 years ago to attend college from  Osaka, Japan. He has an easygoing personality and enjoys to help people around him. Working as a freelancer engineer (albeit a not graduated one yet), he somewhat become famous (or notorious) for his low prices despite his high quality work. When he has spare time he likes to volunteer for charities.

He mostly seen with smart causal clothes. He has a small wardrobe though from high quality material and fits perfectly on him since he tailors his own clothes.

Albeit he has no criminal record, he was a name commonly appeared Yakuza investigations 4 years ago. He is considered as a member of Yakuza, and his trip to America has been seen as a cover for him while he was acting as a Yakuza liaison by Japanese Law Enforcement. They shared this information with CCPD and CCPD regularly checks what Saito is up to, though they have yet to see a suspicious activity.
