Oliver Chastain's full past is a mystery. He was left orphaned outside the master Chuin's dojo in New York, likely the child of a former pupil. The old master taught the boy the ways Ch'in-Na, an ancient art of nerve strikes designed to take down even the strongest of opponents. After his training he entered the Army, becoming a Ranger before being recruited for CIA field work. During his time, he spent a large amount of time working in Europe, thwarting communist plots, arms dealers, terrorists, and low level super vilians, while learning but eventually, even the best spy starts to slow down. He retired from the agency, but retirement didn't sit well with him. He started by learning a new martial art, but after finishing his training, he felt listless. He began to take on odd jobs, using his particular set of skills to help people who needed help outside of what your standard law enforcement could handle, and with discretion most supers won't use.

Standard clothing: When not on a mission, Oliver prefers to wear a sharp suit tailored by a man he met in Vienna, stylish grey on the outside, bulletproof on the inside, and carries a cane. He doesn't actually need it, but he uses it as a smoke screen to get people to underestimate him.

Mission Gear: When going into a firefight or into a brawl with super types, Oliver trusts his skills will probably keep him alive, but only a fool doesn't wear a suit of armor. With some of his squirreled away cash he bought a suit of black Class 4 Armor, that he wears with tactical webbing to carry his gear, as well as a bo staff slung on his back.
