Yon-Enri of the West was a huge man from the Western Isles indentured by the legal system after almost killing an overseer for mistreatment of a slave. He cut a tunnel in record-shattering time through teamwork and pushing his own mighty strength to the limits of human capacity when it proved to be the only way out of the suicidal situation his work gang had been placed in. If not for his actions, the Al-Krujars' refusal to listen to a "potential dissident" in this instance may have led to the worst mining disaster in Miiran history, with no escape from tunnels flooding with lava. Yon-Enri collapsed from burns and exhaustion once the surface had been reached, but is credited with introducing the concept of workers' solidarity to the Miiran underclass.

The big Western Islander is the patron saint of miners and, unofficially, that of workers' rights. Place a coin at his statue if your loved ones are in a dangerous situation or trapped underground.
