Sargent Farrukh survived an encounter with a Powrie Mob some years back, but it cost him six of his friends and his own left eye. Ever since then he's vowed to exterminate every filthy goblin in Miir. He's a common sight at Purity League rallies, and they like to trot him out on stage when pointing out what a menace immigrants pose to all right and decent Miirians.
