Captain Skylla Akilah is known as The Watcher, The Protector, and She Who Stands Between. She was the head of the Shurta centuries ago, and spent her life standing between those who would harm others for gain and those who would be their victims. It is said that she once arrested a dragon threatening The Lord of The Tower.

Saint Skylla's statues (she has several in the city) are located in areas where the Shurta's protection is scarce and people feel unsafe. An offering at her statue might bring unexpected help from a woman in archaic armor if one is set on by those with ill-intent.
