The Echo Garden is hardly a humble establishment, despite the owner's attempts at modesty. The inn is nearly a palace in itself, a square compound in the Dragongate district of the Cobwebs walling off the garden that gave the place its name. Hakim ibn Modi is a wealthy man, a fat man, a clever man...and a well-informed one.
