Born to traveling merchant Argon's somewhat middling skill with a sword was put to good use fighting off the bandits and other dangers that plagued his families trade. It was this skill that brought him to the attention of a local Lord who offered to train Argon for a term of service.

Newly released from his service Argon opted for a life of adventure instead of permanent place in the lords household. This caused a small amount of friction between him and the other retainers and Argon was glad to gather his modest belongings and head through the keep gates.
