Of average size for a dwarf, Thraka is unusually cheerful. He enjoys his wizardly work, even though most of his kith and kin didn't know what to do with him because he didn't "conform to the norm".

His hair is unusually tinted brown, though in sunlight the normal reds of the dwarves still glints through. He wears a light blue hooded cloak, to help others realise he is no warrior.

Thraka carries a quarterstaff and has a small shield that sits on his left forearm when he expects trouble or is on a belt loop at other times.

Thraka has a healthy respect for his god, Koorzun, and will briefly pray to him each morning and before going into difficult situations.
