Personality: Kace is at heart a very loyal person though he comes off as the type that could care less. He is a bit aloof and is often hanging at the edge of things. But for those he calls friends he can go deep. There is a fierceness to him that goes beyond what anyone would expect. Kace is smart and intelligent but doesn't show it very often...hiding behind his past.

Shroud of Grace orphanage...he was actually a baby when it happened. Raised by the nuns and Rick Marks, the handyman, he was in and out of trouble most of his life. Kace has run away more times than can be counted though he was rather punctual when it came to his early education.

At seventeen, he made a big mistake and actually ended up in prison for a little over two years. When he got out, it was straight back to Sister Mary Roberts who ran the orphanage that he had been raised at. The Penguin, as he affectionately referred to her, gave him the choice to go to school which was something that was going to be paid for him.

This was made possible by Rick who made sure that his entire savings was left for Kace to use on his education.
