Pavsikakiy is about as imposing as a care bear. He's barely over five foot five and looks like he could really go for a heavy burger or five. He generally wears more formal wear, sticking with suits, vests, suit pants, nice shoes, really the whole nine yards. His eyes are probably his most distinguishing features. They're aqua blue, looking into them is like looking into a pristine lake. He's been described as having "resting confused face", though he doesn't see it. He holds himself with confidence, which is a surprise give his, well everything.

His voice is accented, his russian heritage does come sliding through, though it really only does strongly come out in moments of flaring emotions. He's consumed enough TV that he puts on alright American accent to be understandable, though the russian roots never are covered up. He speaks with a slow and purposeful pace, as if he considered every word before it left his mouth. Which is, in truth, fairly accurate to how he is as a person.
