Valtharr, Son of Valbrand

Valtharr was bored. Bored of fish, bored of water, bored of life. There had to be more to the world than poxy fish! He had lived all his life in Esgaroth, spent most of it on a fishing boat with his father. He wanted to see the world, yearned to have a proper adventure, like in the stories his old Nan used to tell when he was a boy. And who knows, finding lost treasures might also be very rewarding, certainly more so that any more damn fish!

Now he was free. Free to wander, and that he had. He’d seen the dwarves in their Iron Hills, and travelled south as far as East Bight, meeting all manner of folks. True, he nearly gotten himself killed a few times, but that just added to the tales he could tell. When he eventually found the courage he managed the Old Forest Road, and now there it was... the Anduin. Time for new adventures!

Valtharr is no noble warrior on a quest, he seeks treasures and tales to make him happy in his old age, not bitter with regret at a life wasted. But if he finds a cause worth fighting for? Who knows... it might make one hell of a story.
