Percy is a young man who has seen more miles than he could count. He has a quick smile and a face fortified by the weather. His frame is sturdy from honest labor and wrestling a bear every now and then. A network of tattoos cover his body, roots run up his legs to bind to a trunk at his hips. This spans out to branches through his chest and arms. All in all a rather extensive tattoo of the world tree. Nearly all of his gear looks hand made and done so with more than one season in mind. Otherwise, he is tall and looks like he could blow away in the wind if he didn't have such big boots.

He has quickly become known as "The Green Brother" as he is always praying a rosary in travel and has been known to vanish into the woods to get something or other for local people.

Percy is indeed one of the Mesmer family. The lords and kings of the enchantment school. The head of the household said to be able to work bindings with just a word and a nod. A name that carries weight with the school of magic but none so far from its homeland.
