A thin, androgynous, looking man with dark red hair and bright green eyes.  He is of average height but his wiry frame makes him appear taller since he also lacks the hunched shoulders many academics seem to get.  His posture is quite good and his pale skin, while not quite marble, does create a stark contrast to his eyes and hair.

While not as gregarious as Bleys, he is friendly and polite enough.  He smiles frequently, but his humor is often dark and tends towards sarcasm.  While not cruel, he is efficient and logical. Pietro can also come across as cold and calculating at times.  He is driven and values knowledge above almost everything else except for Fiona, Bleys, and a few confidants, who he is very deferential to, and seems to honestly enjoy their company.
