Now in his third term as Mayor of Encampment, David is a decorated Iraq War veteran that only recently got into politics. Previously he had been part of his family development company. Stern, gruff and sometimes cold, he has efficiently grown the town to be prosporous.

He is also known to be a bigot towards Harbringer Children, and is outspoken about his views.
