Asuri is a striking young Asain-American woman (her family is equal parts Korean, Japanese, and French, though she was born and raised in the US). She favors fashionable clothing, jewelry, and noticeable, artistic makeup, changing her look daily. She obviously takes a great deal of time on - and pride in - her appearance. A Mage would note that she seems to have made it a part of her magical identity itself; a Sleeper might wonder how she affords all of it (answer - she's perpetually broke, and occasionally does some Wisdom-risking grifting).

Socially, Asuri is a chameleon, adept at bending her personality to fit whatever situation she finds herself in and whatever first impression she thinks best to give. She tends to come off as pleasant, personable, a bit of a flirt, and not very self-aware; this is, of course, exactly what she wants people to think. With other Mages, she is far more assertive and often blunt in her appraisal of things. Nevertheless, she tends to prefer honey to vinegar when it comes to her relationships with her fellow Willworkers (though only just).

When her Immediate Nimbus manifests, smokey shadows coalesce around her form; regardless of the lighting around her, she appears to be dimly lit from below by a dim, flickering light, and her eyes glint a dark ember-red. Her Signature Nimbus is the faint smell of perfumed smoke and markings of ash. Her Dedicated Magical Tool is a custom-made fountain pen made of Brass and etched with tiny, intricate runic carvings in the High Speech, which she uses to draw sigils or simply trace lines in the air during casting.

Her Virtue is Passionate - when Asuri cares about something or someone, she cares very, very deeply, and is capable of going great lengths for the people and things she cares about.

Her Vice is Hedonism - despite her passion (and Obsessions) she constantly struggles against that voice inside her that tells her that she's working herself too hard, and that doesn't she deserve to just relax and do whatever feels good without thinking about tomorrow...











Raga, her Familiar, takes the shape of a small, ~3' tall humanoid with red skin, 4 arms, horns and fangs, similar to a standard Hindu or Buddhist demon. While she rarely Manifests her, she is almost always hanging around Asuri in Goetic Twilight.
