Harley is little more than a puppy at this moment. But his fur is ebon black. His deep blue eyes seem to hold a secret only he knows. You can tell that he is going to be a large dog by the size of his paws that almost fill up Cathal's hands.

Can mooch his powers of Cathal. Allowing him to wield the same cosmic powerful magic that Cathal can. Cathal's magic: Possesses the truest and omnipotent form of magic which surpasses all the rules and has no need for any justification as to how or why feats are accomplished. This, in turn, means he has unlimited access to all forms of magic and other mystical and supernatural forces. Being able to bend, brake, and even can bend, break, and even create natural laws, distort the fabric of reality on a cosmic scale, perform unbelievable miracles, and create things without limit. Magic, for the most part, is about feeling and gaining power from ones emotions; this is why magic is the counter-balance to science.
For the most part, ones emotional state won't change as much as a science manipulator's, even when they possess vast knowledge. Despite ones great power they still possess noticeably human emotions, like anger and joy, or the need to be entertained; some may even become the embodiment of all magic or the embodiment of the universe in which they reside. 400 years ago, after Cathal got his powers, he tried to save a dog. Some how, a piece of Cathal's soul split off and infused itself into the dog. That in itself became it own entity and linked to Cathal. Now, every 7-14 years (depending on the breed) Harley has to jump bodies. All this time, Harley has only jumped into animals cause he wasn't full power to really use Cathal's magic.This is also why Harley can use Cathal's magic as in his write up. Fast forward to present. To make this interesting (and problematic to Cathal har har har) we decided to switch Harley's form once more, this time with the help of Ennata, a dimension hopping traveler/sales person. She had acquired a dire wolf pup from a Game of Throne like world. Now, this form is essentially immortal with binding with Harley's soul.
