(able to remove head in Dullahan form, gains nothing from it just a thing he can do.)

Deaths Call- In Dullahan form speaking a mortals full name will cause immediate death.
Erase from mind- If a mortal should see him in Dullahan form the human will forget ever seeing him/ the mind of weak willed humans will forget the last 24hrs.
