Kegan Tor is a tall, slim Mandalorian, originally from Concord Dawn. He is only rarely seen without his armor on, but he takes his helmet off when necessary, unlike some of his brethren. When he does, his lanky dark hair falls down nearly to his shoulders. He has a neatly trimmed beard.

His armor is painted blue with light green highlights. He carries a blaster on his hip, slung low under his utility belt.

Unlike most Mandalorians, Kegan is fairly expressive of his thoughts and emotions. Sometimes, he says too much, spoiling the mood. He often sings...not necessarily very well...or hums when he's in a good mood.
