Angler is barely 5'9" and though he is by no means fat, it's hard to say with any certainty that he's ever put in a day of working out in his life.  He's not really making up for that with any stellar looks or witty persona either.  He's mostly quiet, though he can be quite chatty when engaged, and in large groups he seems to be rather awkward.  He does seem to be rather sharp though.

He's only recently come to the Pour House, taking a job here and a job there - he mostly deals with modifying the matrix and he has a strong background in computer programming to help his case, but he's mostly unproven and he has started to accept jobs that make him look it.
