A bit ragged for obvious reasons, Anya wears the dirty pair of scrubs she escaped from the empty city with, alongside her 'lucky' beige hoodie. Her dirty blonde hair is kept short and hidden beneath a hat that was adorned with stickers, buttons, and happy stitches that she wore to soothe kids who might've been intimidated by her. Her face is partially obscured by a bandanna to hide the slight scarring around her lips that came with the infection. Ever since the incident, her blue eyes have dulled with fear, and are constantly looking around for something that isn't there.

Anya has now met up with people from Midway and finally came to the discovery that there will be a future and a future meant new babies to look after.  Her previous look would scare the children and that Anya couldn't do so she "straightened up" after she discovered that her scars had healed.

Anya is 28 years old.
